Research
After some painful research I've adjusted this page for the print version... I may have to add it here too. Look for it soon. ;)

In Print!
This is the cover pic for the upcoming print edition of this comic. We overhauled it a bit with new art and better story telling. Paul and I are quit proud of it. I hope you will visit our website for more info on how you may get your own copy this coming February!

I like the new banner
I've aready posted it to my Transient Pulse links page
TextTalk
I previously got a complaint about using text talk in this comic. I personally find it rather amusing but to subdue my would be critic I limited the text talk to just Mike... why? I'll give you a hint, he's out of this world... ;)
Good lord I almost missed this page...Well I guess I'm not the only one who thought the Tardis looked like an outhouse.
Colors & Letters
btw, I must mention that the colors and letters on these last few pages and the ones to follow where done by my good buddy (and Black Suit of Death co-writer) Ed Ellsworth!

Trademarked
Oh you betcha it's trademarked ole buddy ole pal. lol.
Aha! The deluxe-trans-device-ator how wonderfully un trademarked I think I should snap that one up before... and when I' do it I will combine the "a" and the "e" and create a letter "a" with devil horns. Then I'll sell it to Webster and Oxford and then it will become a sensation in the dictionary.
Sued?
*See the time traveling movie with Michael J. Fox for the answer you seek.

Yes a banner is in the works but has got delayed by the coloring work for Li'l Lincoln. We will have one soon... I myself would love to see this comic with a proper banner.

Thanks for reading and letting me know my joke doesn't work. ;)
Why would he be sued? and when do you plan on making a banner?
And, if you hadn't told us we wouldn't have been any wiser...Although, I suspect there actually are people who don't read the author comments.
Old School
When I first wrote Ben & Mike, I honestly didn't know where I was going with the story but I had Paul draw some stuff up anyway and starting with this page forward I will be posting the original story.

It hasn't drastically changed but I think when the new pages come in you all will be pleasantly surprised. In the meantime enjoy these classic pages from the first incarnation of Ben & Mike.

Costs
lol. Yes, I am quite sure they would have been much cheaper but the cost isn't the only thing wrong there, I'm pretty sure they didn't use the "dollar" either. ;)

But I am claiming writers liberty with this gag. :D
oddly enough, I suspect the cost of materials at the time would have most likely been under a dollar.
WTF?
@ Gabriels Thoughts: What? Never heard of Liberty Kids and isn't Birth of a Nation a silent film? Not sure how you tied my comics in with those...

The Less Than Historical Universe only includes Li'l Lincoln and Ben & Mike comics but it is an expanding universe with another title in the works.

If they bare resemblance to anything else, it's pure coincidence.
