...and so we ended 2010 on page 339. That number would not be significant on its own, but combined with Atavism's 661 pages, we get...

I'm guessing they just encountered the results of Cerintha's maddened spree.

That, or the Ancient Wanderer.
Man, just eating a whole stick like that.

This page was originally uploaded on April 1st, 2013. Here's the April Fools Day gag I drew for the occasion:

@Cope: Whoa, you've been at this for even longer than I have! It's awesome to have some of this stuff dug up, you can bet I'll at least take a peek at it.
@dainpdf: specifically, it’s here:

Warning: very old.
@artofjoe: More relevant, it is also the name of Cope's comic before Cerintha. The comicgenesis mirror has a link to it.
I learned a new word today, thanks to you.
@artofjoe: are you aware of Atavism? XD
@Cope: Oooooh, okay. It did feel like it had appeared out of nowhere. It's cool to have more to read, even if it's older. Maybe you'll even redraw it someday. I'd love to have this in book form sometime.
@artofjoe: yeah, sorry about that. I hadn’t gone to the effort of uploading book one to Smackjeeves until just last month.
Also to compare. All your characters are at least 90 percent sexier than their originals.
You're a legend, my dude.
Whoa, turns out that I didn't know there was a book 1 this entire time. I started from book 2 like 3 years ago or something on accident. Man, I have a ton of content to read now and I'm excited.
Whoa, I really think I missed this the first time around, I'm really going to have to reread this all once or twice.
Comparison complete. These pages are so long ago that I don't even remember reading them.
You've definitely got a lot more consistent and stylized.
