Thank you for sharing these lovely short stories with us! I hope you'll create a new webcomic someday, but in the meantime, good luck with your portfolio and I hope you find a good job.
@schlissel: Thank you! and yes that answered plenty, and also leads to some interesting thoughts.

So, very very far from now the milky way galaxy and the Andromeda galaxy are going to mesh and collide together, creating a new galaxy made up of new stars, and old stars from both galaxies.

The video i first learned this from described it as the galazies core's "marrying" one another, and I think that would be a neat concept when applied to the galaxy's star protectors.

Anyway, just a thought. Thanks for the beautiful comic, I hope you won't wait too long to make another, and when you do send me a note! I'd love to follow it ^^

The End
It was great working on this series, I've always wanted to make a comic and I finally did it! (It only took 10 years pfft) All three stories are close to my heart because they're based off the struggles I've dealt with the past few years.

The first story is about loneliness and even becoming bitter due to being alone. I often feel this because I have few friends and often lose contact with the ones I have.

The second story is about feeling inadequate and unappreciated. As an artist I alwyas end up comparing myself to others which makes me depressed. I realized I should focus on making art I like and to do it for myself.

The third is about losing loved ones. I was devastated when I lost my grandpa many years ago and lost my grandma and my dog last year. The Dying Star was made in memory of them.

I want to thank my friend Laura who was super supportive and drew my first fanart and thanks to Melaredblu for being awesome and drawing me fanart as well (GO READ HER WEBCOMIC PRINCESS CHROMA!). I hope to make another webcomic one day but for now I'm working on my portfolio and trying to get an art job. Thanks to everyone who read, supported, and commented on my comic!

@xX-DragonFairy-Xx: Wow great questions, Etoile has been looking after them since our galaxy was formed and will continue to do so until there are no stars left.

There are other protectors for other galaxies but they're busy looking after the stars so they don't get to see each other much. Hope I answered all of your questions
So, how long has etoile been looking after the stars? she's like, immortal, but she still acts pretty young n'stuff. just curious. has she been lookg after them forever? or just the starts in the earth's sky? or the whole universe? are there any more of her kind?
@melaredblu: she's a white dwarf now! I should've made her a super massive black hole that sucks up everything xD
Aw, that's so much sweeter than I expected. I thought she would become a black hole. This is much better.
Yeah, I think that would be my reaction too. She looks suitably shocked and dismayed.
Wow! I know Etoile is immortal, but that's pretty impressive, standing in the middle of a star explosion and not even flinching.

At least she didn't go supernova.

That was a bad joke. I'm a bad person.
OMG this page struck my heart good.So sad.:(
