Here's a nice chunky page for you!
I wanted to try a bit of the 'drawing random lines all over a character to make it look comic bookie' style for Phil's coolest possible pose.
I like how it turned out. I also managed to fit in 12 panels without it looking too busy, enjoy Phil Flowers fans!

I think this scene really shows how forgiving and understanding Phil really is, even though Briany snubbed him so harshly after he'd done her a favor, he still decided to forgive her rushing out on him.

Yes, issue 05 has only just wrapped itself up and already we are beginning issue 06
Yes I know that the title page for the whole comic is the same as the title page for issue 06, but I really liked it and wanted to use it here. I think it works well too seeing as it encapsulates the whole comic so far.

Eye patch
So this issue of HISTEU ends with another of Emit's threats and we see that he now sports a very fetching eye patch!

This was a really fun issue to make and has opened up Phil's world a little more and it's by no means over yet!

What will happen in issue 06? Who knows... well me I know...

Usually I post pages on Tuesday and Thursday, but seeing as Tuesday this week is Christmas (and who wants to read comics on Christmas) You get to enjoy Phil a whole day earlier
Merry Christmas to all those who celebrate it and Merriment and joy to everyone else whatever you're up to!

(Also I know this isn't a very Christmasy image seeing as it's mostly a guy with his eye swinging out of it's socket all over the place, but unfortunately that's the story. Just try to imagine that the blood dripping down his body is festive tinsel strands and the swinging eye a jolly bauble...)
