@reddog_f13: That's a shame about your pc going bust and loosing everything. Though at least we know its not discontinued which is a relief. Can't wait to see what else this comic has to offer!
So I'll be loking forward to seeing it in Jan/Feb =3

its still going in the back. =]
@WolfiePenguin:

yes iam still working on it off screen. iam taking time away to completely finish book 3 and publish it ahead of the online updates.

its been a while since ive had any back up pages and my original goal was to publish books ahead of the online pages. but that was quickly destroyed after my computer went bust for a few months.

lost any back up pages when trying to catch up. now its extremely important to get those back ups ready agian as i aim to start a patreon. with one reward being pages exclusively ahead of everybody else.

its going to be a long pause till then. probably nothing till JAN or FEB. i dont like the pause, but it had to be done at some point before i start book 4. =]

all the book 2 pages had a redo and a new page was added, so i had to re-add this at the end as a "new" page.

@Driftline:
in the top menu theres "the shop" button that takes you to a page.

there you should see a small image showing the book, summery etc.

click on it, the whole image is the link.

and it will take you to my publishers site where you have to directly order from.

heres a straight link if for some reason the image isint showing:

@TheGYouLoveToHate:

becuase Simon basically guessed a close number based on year.

rick said he was bit in 1849 and Simon did the math that he was at least 166yo.

however for Samuel, he looks a lot younger and rick said he was running and hiding for many years, but also seems to have been here a long time. so Simon guessed this bar incident was possibly recently and so he asked when it happened.

and got the answer that it wasint recent, but still back in 1866.

He asked Samuel's age but not Rick's age. I'd be wary of both

Good to see another page! :)

Part of me is curious about Samuel, the other part of wants to heed Rick's advice. I love how he can tell the tale of being a werewolf while calmly making breakfast. LOL! I'm curious what kind of offer Samuel made Rick.

Speaking of stories there's a small typo. I believe in the third panel it should be "their stories" instead of "their story's" since story in this case seems to be plural.

@Driftline:

also as for materials:

when i started i was mainly drawing on paper, scanning, then editing on computer.

i USED to use adobe illustrator (AI), but its extremely pricey ($200 a year. which oddly increases to $500 after 2 years?!) and i was using it only for speech bubbles anyway.

so now i only use GIMP (which is free) on current version. to draw ive mainly switched from paper to my drawing tablet. i have a ugee 1910b 19 inch. which is pretty good and cheap for its size ($500).

for my main computer set up i got a 32inch envy HP screen and an HP envy phoenix for the tower.

but you can do pages just as well on a simple laptop. my computer stuff is mainly focused for heavy gaming.

for paper, i was using regular 8.5 x 11 printer paper. its cheaper then sketch books, but also not as tough, so be careful on the erasing.

however, if your planning on publishing anything, make sure the pages fit the publishers format. which is why my pages are actually a smidgen bigger then the 8.5 x 11 the books printed out in.

Haven't been here in a while. Not because I don't wanna be. But when you said you were on hiatus, I lost track. I'm back and I see you've put book one out. Where's the link to buy? I get paid tomorrow and I wanna show support. By the way, please tell me the materials you use to make this great comic.

he sure as hell needed a drink.

and those questions will be answered soon. =]

Look on the bright side, at least there was plenty of booze for Rick to drink once he reverted to human form in the morning. Anyone would need it after waking up to a horror show in a bar and being covered in other people's blood.

And is Samuel immortal as well? Or did Rick just roam alone for two centuries until he was found? I can't wait to find out what he says to Rick to convince him to live and work in his mansion. ^_^
