Obscurus is about Khan O'Mara, a protector of monsters, mythical creatures and other things that hide in the dark.

In this first episode, Khan has to sweep up after a newly awakend mage. Unfortunately, the damage is way higher then he had hoped and the chance for a calm night is destroyed. @IsaRisa: Haha, it makes me very sad to inform you that I took that part of the story a tad bit more serious, although I very much like your idea :D

loooool
Have a silly little Obscurus/Harry Potter mash up! Well, I don't exactly imagine Khan to be like Hagrid, but the similarities of them both being a) very tall and b) telling some young person they can do magic were to strong to ignore any longer :D
If Khan would to be a teacher at Hogwarts, he'd either teach Defense against the Dark Arts or Ancient Runes... or History.

Anyway, have a nice Christmas time and thanks a ton for reading!

@JoKeR: Alright, thanks! I'll keep that in mind. Sometime you start becoming blind for your own mistakes.

@ScaryCircus: The arms and shoulders are too small for his huge torso.
If you tried a foreshortening effect then his arms are too flat (2D) and not foreshortened enough.

@JoKeR: Well, he's shifting his pelvis a bit, so his body bends to even out the shift of weight. Might be I did not capture this posture perfectly.
May I ask what exactly seems off to you?

Somehow the anatomy in the last panel looks weirdly off.

God damn this is interesting. I really dig this take on magic, and I hope to see more of this story unfold! Reminds me a bit of Sandman series with the dark sketchiness. Well done!
I wish you all a happy Samhain! Thank you so much for following Khan along on his scary adventure!
