He can never touch a dead person again.
"Keep the Change", because Ethan gets to keep what's left of his death teacher's mind/soul/whatever. Get it? Get it!?

But, in all seriousness, love the title and the image of the milk jug. Such a weird cover out of context, and yet so ominous *with* context.
I love how it's entering his eyes, directly, you've left the right and left of the whites of his eyes alone: this stands out amongst other representations of similar effects on eyes (ex bloodshot) which would normally fill up the entire circumference of the eyeball. Cool shit.

The implications of this green energy/ information/ power traveling up his arms and to his eyes?
- The eyes are 'the windows to the soul' or there's all those legends (and anime tropes) about 'the third eye' (another Tom/ Underworld reference).

So this is something relating to the soul?

Mr green. Green.

The milk was obviously full of all those GMO chemicals the news warns us about. Ethan proves it!
I appreciate that he looks beat to shit, it adds tiredness and trial to him. (Besides, a lot of artists get lazy or uninspired and just add a rip to a shirt for 'struggles/ battle damage'.
Does this dead person now populate his crystal 'heaven' world? Great if you've got a hot girlfriend (whatever Ethan's into) in there, or a Green life coach, a great mentor-wizardly guy, But terrible if you've brought a foe or crazy suicide bomber into your personal world (you'll have to contend with them every time you enter).
I love the viney and veiny look of whatever's happening here. Reminds me of the current in the bloody chapter 2 title after Ethan died the first time.

Reminds me of the cover art to North City Park (a HexCrawl RPG... I could not find a pick to link).
@Akera4 You're Really pushing these guilt arms.
Huh... too random to be random. Was this an attempt to gather up the largest piece of Ethan? One could capture him and the rest of the world (minus Jerimiah) would believe him dead and gone.

Huh, minimum of a minute, wait as long as you want.. scars/ missing limbs become permanent after 24 hours right... so would made-of-splatter become permanent after a day?

"So you've got milk, tried to kill yourself, and the sheriff told me about what two male students were doing down by the river...
