The Walrus, The Guppy Fish and the Dragon

by diana_hnd
The tales of an amnesiac girl, a sweet walrus, a constipated guppy fish and a giant dragon, as they journey to The Powers That Be, who lives in The Sun.

Nevertheless, it's the journey that counts, not the destination.

The situation seems to getting a tad-bit out of control....
D'oh! I hit a snag with the comic's story. Gonna need time to sort that out.
Comic resumes next week.
For now, have a rare picture of a far less stressful Ming Yu. Remember to relax when you can, folks!

@Pidgeot Slayer: Hiya there! Thanks for reading the comic, and thanks for catching the weird glitch. It seems to be affecting just the mobile view, as I don't get the glitch when viewing from desktop/laptop.

I've done some fixes, so that weird glitch should be gone. If you do still see it, could you let me know?

Thanks again! <3
Its happening almost every time I go to the next page

Okay I think there is a glitch, when I go to the next page it's a white screen with "buy me a coffee" in the corner

Cool
Just because it's a good idea doesn't mean it'll be taken well. Ain't that the same for us too?
@Guest: Ee-u-ee is in danger of acting too presumptuous herself.

This is one of those moments that may be go "Yeah, you go, girl!" and "Ugh, no, please, don't make things complicated for everyone involved." at the same time. Real talk, I respect Ee-u-ee's determination and willing to stand up to Uu'ia but trying to deal with THAT woman is going to be like dealing with a shark.
@Tinyhammer: Sometimes I think there's actually a lot more jobs she can do besides the above... ^^;
Like you said, Ming Yu is very capable to be able to do THAT many jobs.

...Not like she has a choice unless she wants her and her useless father to be kicked to the curb.
@Tinyhammer: I'm sure the money involved isn't that substantial. I hope.
P.S.: No worries, hope life's been treating you well.
Ming-Yu, please... I know that you have a crush, but don't you literally have an entire mansion (and an useless a-hole of a father) do deal with?

P.S. Sorry for the lack of comments from my part recently.
Ee-u-ee is still insistent to try to talk to her boss to help out our heroes.
Ming Yu was initially embarassed to be seen as someone loaded with too many part-time jobs, but Ee-u-ee is impressed that she can pull it all off.
Ya know, being able to do -that many- jobs, it does say a lot about Ming Yu here...

Oh noes, they've been detected by the cheerful mermaid!
Why didn't Ming Yu just buy a ticket? Well, either the show got sold out, or... it's way more expensive than what she paid the dude. ><;

Subpar?! Not a nice thing to say while still in an appreciative crowd!

Man, this page took a whole freakin' day. I must admit that I spent some time watching some synchronized swimming performances. I have to say, it take a whole lot of skill, practice and timing to pull it off - the timing of the moves with the music is something this comic, sadly, cannot show.

Some of my favourite synchronized swimming dances:

About that pole dance scene, that was inspired by a performance I saw when I went for a holiday. The guy dancer was in mid-air, holding his whole body weight with just his arm tightly against the pole. That's some serious strength!
Disguise fail - Because there's really no other way to describe it.

Also, hey! Surprise grayscale colour! The comic's gonna get some splash of gray going forward. 83
Ming Yu is still .... shell-shocked.
