You can't keep me out, Brady

You can't keep me out, Brady

by thebradyiceeevee02
You may know him as Brady, a good friend and comicmaker. You may know him as thebradyiceeevee02, the creator of ICE EEVEE. You may know him on DeviantArt. You may know him IRL. Or you may not know him.

But do you know the shy, creative cartoonist BEHIND THE LENSES???

Now you can find out what I'm REALLY like.
Based around my life and spotting around the edges, "You can't keep me out, Brady" is a Peanuts-style four panel HOPEFULLY daily comic about the various scenarios that take place in my life and how I handle them. Inviting you to laugh at my problems, this comic promises a long, winding road scattered along the way with friendship, sadness, and lots of music.
Or maybe it doesn't. I don't know how this will go down

It's time for you to see what's under the scarf.

i had to physics but then they transferred me to engineering and i hate it :((
The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian:
yes, that's the actual title. It's about Arnold Spirit, AKA Junior, a young boy living on the Spokane Indian reservation, born with a cornucopia of medical disorders. Ten extra teeth, he's susceptible to seizures, a stutter and a lisp, his eyes are all funky, the list goes on.
He decides that if he's ever going to go anywhere in his life, he needs to transfer to Reardan High School, an all-white school, and the only other Indian is the mascot.

He also draws cartoons.
Which is the main reason I can relate to him, we both draw cartoons so we can be heard, to FIND OUR VOICE.
And that makes this the first book with pictures I've first-read in a while.

Based on Sherman Alexie's real-life experiences, The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian shows just how much strength one can have when pushed to the very maximum.

The Above comic is based on an actual part from Chapter One, "The Black-Eye-of-the-Month Club"
The Laramie Project:
is about the members of the Tectonic Theater Project who conducted over 200 interviews in a year and a half about the whole business with Matthew Shepard.
In October 1998, in the small town of Laramie, Wyoming, the college student was kidnapped by two others, severely beaten, tied to a fence and left to die. And why? Because he was gay.

That is NOT okay.
Nor is it okay that ten years later, the citizens of Laramie are beginning to think that it was a drug deal gone wrong.

Told in play format, The Laramie Project puts into perspective exactly how this hate crime affected the townspeople.

The Above comic is based on an actual Moment from the play, "Easier said than done," the name wasn't even changed
I am tired.
I leave this here. You leave your first impressions.

This is my Excuse!
I said I was gonna update Ice Eevee today, but I haven't even started the new page.
I blame this scenario.

I will update on the fourth. That's a promise.
And if not, then may Yveltal himself take me away.
I'm back!
The only things you really need to know are that
a) I had a nice Christmas,
b) I have a car now, and
c) I have made a vow never to fall in love again until I get to college

Everybody!
And Iron, Americium, Ruthenium, Uranium
Europium, Zirconium, Lutetium, Vanadium...
Just the Fire types!
And Lanthanum and Osmium and Astatine and Radium...
oh no I know in this comic you’re not lmao
but like I’m one of the gay girls

yeah ppl can lie on the internet, nothing new
but like, I’m a girl
I’m a middle school Hispanic queer girl
I can again send proof if you don’t think so
it’s fine for the spoilers lmao I don’t mind
and ok! that’s fine

i would appreciate if you did not, actually
sorry but like, you’ve explained yourself so really, you shouldn’t have anything to worry about

so yeah
@HollyTheFluffyCat: Oof sorry for confusing you
I'm actually not talking about you at all

She's one of my friends who sits with us at the table outside the cafeteria

As for the rest, It's okay, I get it

In fact, ever since I read Ready Player One I've realized everything that's wrong with online relationships
Wade thought he was totally in love with Art3mis but he wasn't, and in chapter 19 Art3mis told him that
And then near the end [Removed for spoiler alert reasons just in case]

Anyway, sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable, and I hope all is forgiven
I will take you up on the friends thing, though.

Hey is it okay that after you read this I delete these comments? I don't want anyone seeing this kind of stuff and y'know
ok im not even sure if youll see this but i just need to tell the truth

i,,, would prefer if you DON'T reference me as a "gay girl" you love
because im pretty sure you are referencing to me

for,, well several reasons

1.gay girl isnt exactly how i would like to be identified, call me either queer or a panro lesbian
2.when you first got feelings for me, you had barely ever talked to me
3.you've never heard my voice or even seen my face
4.age gap,,
you are in highschool, supposedly
im in middle school.
5.it severely stresses me out, i dont want to like be rude but at the same time i want you to realize that yes, this does make me uncomfortable, it was something that was taken too far
6.like i said, it makes me extremely uncomfortable

i still think you are an alright person, and i dont mind being friends,,

but again, please realize i cannot return any feelings, and also that im uncomfortable with the fact you do like me
(mainly because of the age gap and i barely know you thing, not you as a person)

i cant help being a lesbian. its who i am
i wont pretend like im straight or smthm to please other people (again, not you but referencing to homophobes)

hope you understand, sorry if i seemed rude
bye
OH! Also, I have news
In order to comply with my architecture portfolio (and just because I want to) READ THE DESCRIPTION!!!: http://www.smackjeeves.com/comicprofile.php?id=165025
If you recognize the song associate with the antigravity package (the lyrics in the background) THEN IT'S FINALLY NOT JUST ME

Also, do you know what the Flaming Car package is?
OofI think your art in amazing too
I didn't pick it
That was decided by my teacher
For the first one to read.
Nice choice,
These books
are required for my English class.
This year in the AOE is all about finding your voice

The Laramie Project is a play with a highly diverse cast. Black, white, Muslim, Latino, gay, lesbian, bi... You name it there's probably a character for it.
That's the first one we're gonna read.
