Tales from BCE

by thebradyiceeevee02
You may know him as Brady, a good friend and comicmaker. You may know him as thebradyiceeevee02, the creator of ICE EEVEE. You may know him on DeviantArt. You may know him IRL. Or you may not know him at all and you're like "who is this guy?"

Whatever the case, now you can find out what I'm REALLY like.

Based around my life and spotting around the edges, "You can't keep me out, Brady" is a Peanuts-style four panel bi-weekly comic about the various scenarios that take place in my life and how I handle them. Inviting you to laugh at my problems, this comic promises a long, winding road scattered along the way with friendship, sadness, and lots of music.
Or maybe it doesn't. I don't know how this will go down
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Before you ask, NO, BCE does not stand for "Before Common Era"
It stands for "Bayleef Ct Estates," which is my stage setting.
Incidentally they're also the initials of my stage name
My life is a summer action blockbuster.
No one is allowed to tell me no.
Lost Lugggage.
You think it's stupid, but you never think it'll happen to you until it does.
He had his business, but not any of his clothes.
Oh and he got downgraded to economy when he was supposed to be in business class
Script is based on Season 8, episode 16 of The Big Bang Theory: The Intimacy Acceleration
Ferris Bueller's Day Off: Ferris Bueller (Matthew Broderick) has an uncanny skill at cutting classes and getting away with it. Intending to make one last duck-out before graduation, Ferris calls in sick, "borrows" a Ferrari, and embarks on a one-day journey through the streets of Chicago. On Ferris' trail is high school principal Rooney (Jeffrey Jones), determined to catch him in the act.
Planes, Trains, and Automobiles: Easily excitable Neal Page (Steve Martin) is somewhat of a control freak. Trying to get home to Chicago to spend Thanksgiving with his wife (Laila Robins) and kids, his flight is rerouted to a distant city in Kansas because of a freak snowstorm, and his sanity begins to fray. Worse yet, he is forced to bunk up with talkative Del Griffith (John Candy), whom he finds extremely annoying. Together they must overcome the insanity of holiday travel to reach their intended destination.
Now take out the part about skipping school, and the part about getting home for Thanksgiving, and you have the week in a nutshell!
I like rain. When it rains I go outside and take my jacket off and enjoy it.
We decided to risk a 15% chance of rain after the movie.
We risked wrong.
Early birthday gift for me, since it's in four days
Remember the internship I mentioned on sunday?
Turns out it's gonna be paid.
@Pidgeot Slayer: Yeah the comic's undergoing reconstruction
There'll be a new one soon
Is it just me or is the comic cover thing gone?
And a trip
To the Florida Sea Base with the scouts in July, and a family vacation in August...
This is gonna be packed.
Wow, you actually kept this going!
That's commendable!
...that or I have a (poopoo cuss) memory to get things done.
Basically
two elements interact. One must be metallic, and one must be a nonmetal.
If they react hard enough to share electrons, the metal becomes positive, and the nonmetal becomes negative.
Now replace the metal with Mikey, the nonmetal with me, and the electron with the Switch
I'm back
and I think I'm gonna try to be back for now
But only on Wednesdays and Sundays
Above is pretty self explanatory
I got an SAT Saturday, Exams the following Wednesday and Friday, and an ACT the next Saturday, and then I'm DONE
The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian:
yes, that's the actual title. It's about Arnold Spirit, AKA Junior, a young boy living on the Spokane Indian reservation, born with a cornucopia of medical disorders. Ten extra teeth, he's susceptible to seizures, a stutter and a lisp, his eyes are all funky, the list goes on.
He decides that if he's ever going to go anywhere in his life, he needs to transfer to Reardan High School, an all-white school, and the only other Indian is the mascot.
He also draws cartoons.
Which is the main reason I can relate to him, we both draw cartoons so we can be heard, to FIND OUR VOICE.
And that makes this the first book with pictures I've first-read in a while.
Based on Sherman Alexie's real-life experiences, The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian shows just how much strength one can have when pushed to the very maximum.
The Above comic is based on an actual part from Chapter One, "The Black-Eye-of-the-Month Club"
The Laramie Project:
is about the members of the Tectonic Theater Project who conducted over 200 interviews in a year and a half about the whole business with Matthew Shepard.
In October 1998, in the small town of Laramie, Wyoming, the college student was kidnapped by two others, severely beaten, tied to a fence and left to die. And why? Because he was gay.
That is NOT okay.
Nor is it okay that ten years later, the citizens of Laramie are beginning to think that it was a drug deal gone wrong.
Told in play format, The Laramie Project puts into perspective exactly how this hate crime affected the townspeople.
The Above comic is based on an actual Moment from the play, "Easier said than done," the name wasn't even changed
I am tired.
I leave this here. You leave your first impressions.
This is my Excuse!
I said I was gonna update Ice Eevee today, but I haven't even started the new page.
I blame this scenario.
I will update on the fourth. That's a promise.
And if not, then may Yveltal himself take me away.
I'm back!
The only things you really need to know are that
a) I had a nice Christmas,
b) I have a car now, and
c) I have made a vow never to fall in love again until I get to college
Everybody!
And Iron, Americium, Ruthenium, Uranium
Europium, Zirconium, Lutetium, Vanadium...
Just the Fire types!
And Lanthanum and Osmium and Astatine and Radium...
