Remember the old gods from all the different legends? Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and all the others? They're still around, having been reincarnated in mortal form over and over again here on earth.
This story follows Shay, the 13-year-old reincarnation of the Egyptian lion goddess, Sekhmet, her friends, and her human family as they adjust to life in a city where almost everyone was once a god.

Yes, I FINALLY did a new page! Gonna try updating every week, though I can't promise anything right now.
Yeah so…sorry guys, but this may be the last update you see for a while. This coming week, I’m FINALLY leaving Belize, and going to Columbia, Missouri, in the hopes of finding work up there. I already have some interviews lined up for when I get there, so in-between work stuff and getting settled in and used to the area, I’m going to be pretty busy for a couple of weeks, if not longer. Plus, I don’t actually know whether or not the people I’m staying with have a scanner, though I plan to ask.

I AM hoping that this will work and I can get a job, though unfortunately yes, this means that I likely won’t have time to work on the comic, or any art outside of doodles, for a while. Don’t worry though, when I have the time I plan to do practice pages, work on perfecting backgrounds, etc., so that when I can find time to get back to working on the comic, I can make it look better than ever! Until then, though, I figured it was just fair to at least give you guys the cover page for chapter three.
And with that, the story is officially caught up to where it is on my Tumblr, and other sources. From here on, there's ONLY going to be an update between Friday-Sunday every week, and the comic is going to follow a more regular (or semi regular) flow. Good news--I'm hoping to give you two new pages this weekend, so keep your eyes peeled for those!
