Mahiwaga

by somerandomguynumber1
The region of Mahiwaga is one filled with magical beings and wonders. Beings harness the power of nine different stones to create spectacular magical feats. Magic is used in many different fields, and everyone tries their best to use their individual powers as effectively as possible. Everything seems fun and colorful on the surface, but underneath the bright exterior, beings with evil intentions lurk, waiting for the right moment to strike.

As a new detective and an aspiring writer, Eddie doesn't know what to expect. He's torn between solving cases, and writing his "bestseller." He and his boss, Mr. Thesis, don't always see eye to eye in the cases they solve, and the other detective, Veno, seems to be his polar opposite in every way. Through the solving of seemingly random cases, they will soon find a truth that might threaten the very existence of the Mahiwaga region... But what about that best seller!?

In this world, In addition to physical evidence and testimony, magic can also be used as evidence making it more challenging to solve cases given the culprits can use magic to cover up their crimes.
