Sonic and Tails: Armageddon

by n5d25d90
Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik has always dreamed of creating the perfect robot army. When he finally succeeds, the plan backfires... in the worst possible way....

There will be humor in this comic, but don't be surprised if there are pages that don't have humor. It's meant to be more of an adventure comic than a humorous one. This is also my first shot at a sprite comic, so please try not to be a pain in my (and everyone else's) neck.

There are also a lot of my OCs in it. Two in particular may seem like they're god-moding, but they're really just supposed to be major threats.

Sonic comix are the best i hope you're making next one soon
I finally submitted something!
...And it probably will still be long before I submit anything again.

Sorry for the multiple hiatuses. I'm getting back into fanfictions, which I am much better at making than sprite comics. But that's not saying that I'm completely giving up on this or FUF, though.

XD I wish I had that advice five years ago, but I probably never even heard about sprite comics back then. Heck, it was only about 4 1/2 years ago that I just began surfing for fan art. Sprite comics probably never even crossed my mind.
I have the solution to all your problems!

Start making comics 5 years ago, when your a teenager! Like me. :D

"Nine Days" My A--
You're probably thinking, "Hey, wouldn't it make more sense if this were actually posted nine days after the last page?"

...

Yeah, I was actually planning on that. But then life happened. College, family problems, laziness... you know... life.
Ah, yeah. I know. No matter what color I chose, it didn't come out very well, and I didn't want to add a bubble for it since he wasn't talking.

For the record, it says "hums Taps". Basically, the robot knows he's about to get destroyed so he's humming "Taps".

YOU WILL ALL P- Oh, there's only one person in the room...
Actually, no I haven't. Well, I've heard of some clever names before SFCC, but when I made Matt, Spade, and Jack I wasn't into sprite comics all that much, and I only knew a few OCs I've seen on DeviantART, and those characters usually shared their creator's name or persona. Really, the three were mostly a result of that Sonic character creator thing on Newgrounds.

While I'm on the subject, I might as well tell you where Khanik and Robo-Head came from. I made them when I was much, much younger... which would explain Robo-Head's completely awesome, non-childish name (sarcasm). Khanik actually happened by accident (I drew Robotnik's mustache too dark).
Ah, I see cool. Yeah, Jack Rabbit. The most original name ever! lol
You gotta think outside of the box like the names Cinos and Ohcan. Have you ever heard these names before you came to Sonic Fans' Comic Cronicles?
This is probably the worst looking cage any of you have ever seen. I realize that. Don't judge me, I'm new.

Just today, I found out that Starster has a character named Fire Fox as well. I just want to point out that I really had no idea, and I probably should've known someone did because "Fire Fox" is... not the most original name you can think of... much like "Jack Rabbit". From what I've seen, his Fire Fox is probably better, too. As an excuse I'll just say that since my Fire's backstory involves being isolated on an island, he didn't know that his nickname wasn't original. Plus, I'm going to refer to him as "Matt" or "Double F" a lot in the comic anyway, to the point that some may even forget his name is Fire Fox (you know, the "Robotnik/Eggman" approach).
A Cry for Help??
That doesn't sound good.

If you're wondering what's up with Robo-Head, Sonic hit him where his most important microchip is. Even though this is really helping Sonic at the moment, this will prove to be a deadly mistake for him later on. Long story short, Robo "blew a fuse" when he short-circuited.

Sure, but I have to warn you that I've never been a part of a collaborative sprite comic before, so I might not know what I'm doing. Plus, I'm starting college soon, so I won't be able to post regularly (not that I do now...)

Sonic Fans' Comic Cronicles
Hey n5d25d90 I was reading some of your comics on here and I saw that you had OCs so I thought that I'd give you an invite to be an author on my comic Sonic Fans' Comic Cronicles. What do ya say? I'll send the actual invite if you say yes here.

The "time constraints" joke refers to both Sonic 2 and Sonic 3, which were "cut short" due to time constraints.

*Slurp*
For the brain-dead or tired, I'll help you out a little with this one. In frame three, a soda mysteriously appears in Sonic's hand. Yes, that's a soda. Don't judge me.
I'm sure many of you can figure it out - especially if you follow the point - but for the brain-dead or tired, Tails' long talk bubble in frame three is actually for frame one.
The McStarley Comment - Beware! Spoilers!
For those of you who have never seen the movie "The Condemned", starring Stone Cold Steve Austin, and don't mind a spoiler, Vinnie Jones' character McStarley shoots up a reality TV production crew near the end of the movie. Since Sonic and the gang have entered a control room, which was where the production crew was shot in the movie, I figure that if Shadow were to show up with a machine gun and a nasty disposition... that wouldn't end well....
