So I went on this forum and I was all like:

'd00ds i have lyk drawn tha !st payg ov a comik OMG OMGOMH!!! giv mee sugggesshuns on wat 2 dror nxet!!LOLOLO'

Naturally, no-one cared. But, as always, I was unphased by complete and utter failure and moved the comic to Deviantart. Where my friend Rob suggested that 'the skull should grow arms and legs and try and take over the world'.

Since then the comic has gone from strength to strength and gained mass popularity with over TWO people being mildly disappointed when I take a two-week from drawing any new pages.

Anywhoo. Now the comic is available here in all it's unscripted, poorly shaded and generally misguided glory. I hope you love it, I hope you love it as much as I love your sister.

Now sit back and enjoy the continuing tale of a little Bear who dared to follow his dreams...

Oh yeah, and; . sorry, that'll become more relevant later...

also, love when Beartholomew hugs that panel with his face.
Unfortunately I lacked the googling skills to find that out back in early 2005. I did try but eventually gave up.
I'm pretty glad I did though because the Shakespeare references got phased out pretty soon and 'Hamlet's' a lot less specific.
hamlet AND macbeth! you cretin!
but surely the skull is yorvick?
Eggie- I want you to know I love you for this comic. C: many laughs were had from it.
Why does it take me a year to spot spelling errors?
Seriously, I have looked at every panel of this thing SO MANY TIMES since I drew it.
That was awesome. :)

lol. This sheet is flipping awesome.
Oh man, that reminds me of a joke:

GUY 1: Go ahead, ask me what the most important part of comedy is.
GUY 2: Uhh...I don't know, random person on street. What IS--
[rimshot, fade to black.]

Seriously, timing's fine in this. Don't worry about it. THUMBS UP!

Aaand I'm all caught up!

It had a good run, Eggie...a damn good run.

This was the first comic I read on SmackJeeves.
Time travel.
How does the person on the right spontaneously change form?

It's been fun revisiting this.

Y'know, this comic isn't so bad. I kind of regret not publishing it now, it might have been a good experience.

It's all ComicXpress's fault, they gave me time to think by not replying to my paypal enquiries and allowed my insecurities to get the better of me.

Oh well, I'll do it one day... Maybe with that Donkeygirl comic that's been sitting unfinished on my hard-drive for a year.

This still amuses me.

Model sheets are such a lame invention.

This just zips by too fast to have an impact.
I told you; timing.

I have it on good authority that Emu's love chicken legs, despite it being borderline cannibalism.

Don't you just love it when it's alll been leading up to an injoke.

Does that numberplate say 'Eggie'

How egotistical of me...
Sylvia and Shakin' Bacon are created by Rob Turner.

Well... We both came up with Shakin' Bacon it's just that neither of us want to admit it.
