Elf and Motorbelly are cats who were genetically enhanced by a secret society of evil scientists. They were rescued from a life of testing by Frank. Frank hides them from the outside world and encourages them to develop their potentials and take long naps.

The idea for this strip came to me as I was driving a homeless cat to be treated for an abcess as well as to be spayed: she started whimpering, so I started singing. I hope you like this strip better than she liked my singing. (:
