Webcomic Profile: Romeo: Redrawn

Description

Romeo has never fit in with the other Clefaries. Instead of being the shy, meek Pokemon that they're known for, he has always been a vicious little ball of pink fury. When he runs away from his home at Mt. Moon, he gets captured by a giddy, novice trainer by the name of 'Puddles'. He grows bitter, and begins to loathe everything about her.

Puddles' naiveity has her trying out a sun stone to make Romeo evolve; But the stone obviously fails, and has a strange side-effect. Romeo finds that the sun stone has given him the ability to speak.

Now that he can consort with the humans, maybe his schemes to rule the world just might come true after all.

Hmm, if I may give some advice on coloring, since you seem to be trying to find a nice way to do it.. See what happens if you add lighter highlight colors in certain places to give the character a softer depth. :3
You're definitely getting better though, I must say X3

Catty: Whooo! Makes it kinda a downer that you know what's gonna happen for the next hundred some pages. xD

Squid: I tend to prefer softer shading, just because mistakes are harder to spot in vague shades. Lol. If that makes sense.

DumboRat: Oh, wow, I'm honored that you looked at it hard enough to notice. ^^; Its true! *sob* Highlights are a major thing I lack. I'm still trying to get shades down to be honest. Its been almost two years, but I'm still in the noob stages of digital art. -3-;

But yeah, even though I already know that about me, I'm glad you brought it up. At least yous is paying attention. ;D I wanna try to work for more lighting. Just not until they're out of the cave. xD
