The Human Condition

The Human Condition

What would one be willing to pay for eternal life? In the midst of scientific revelation, the dawn of man may very well change as we know it. But are those responsible for it's secrets safe from its consequences?

A series of events begins to slowly unravel, and with these new possibilities comes the truth of the inherent nature of man. To what lengths would humanity go to transcend the shackles of mortality?

I think I'm even more curious about the person out of the frame than about the mysterious caller! :O

@Oly-RRR: Yeah...humans in general tend to be self serving creatures, even if its for causes or reasons they think are selfless :/

And it begins! Aw man... :C I was listening to some radio series recently and they mentioned how when someone leaves (or in more extreme cases, dies) everyone close to them starts blaming themselves. And it's understandable and it's very human to feel remorse and regret and dwell on ifs and buts but for the first time it occurred to me that it's also so damn self-centric - you just lost the person you cared for so much and all you can think of how surely YOU must be so important to them that YOU were the ONE AND ONLY reason they left. How funny we humans are sometimes, not in a haha kind of way...
