Hallowed Eve 2011
Well folks, it's been a while... I regret we won't be having any new pages posted for another few weeks or so. That said we are able to bring you this Halloween pic Paul drew up just in time for the holiday! Once again we team up with our buddies from Darkslinger Comics El Bovine Muerte web-comic from www.darkslinger.com
Color?!?!?!?!
Okay, today's page is in color for a couple reasons. 1. I'm late in posting this... er, last weeks page. 2. I was having internet issues. 3. I couldn't find the B&W version of the page.

So I hope you enjoy the Oooo pretty colors.
Under Pressure
Am I caving to popular demand?

You bet I am. Thank you all for your support!

Here is your reward!
Colors!
I just got the colors for this page. They are awesome! I can't wait to show you all when we goto print this fall!
This is a really fun comic. I like the mixture of history and comedy. It has a sort of Tom Sawyer vibe to it also.
What Next?
Well, there is a debate going on in my mind as to whether I should share the rest of this comic for free. All the pencils and inks are finished and it will be a 28 page book when it goes to print. However, because a lot of my readers are not from the NorthWest of the USA I feel almost obligated to continue the book here in it's B&W form.

If you would like me to continue here on Smackjeeves, please leave a comment and help me decide. Thank you for reading. :)

We have returned!
Hello fans,

We are Back! And we are better than ever! We have spent the last few months working hard on the print edition of Lil Lincoln #1 and preparing the next few issues. Finally Issue #2 is ready for the web!

This time around we are bringing you the comics in black & white for a couple reasons.

1. We can bring them to you faster and on time!

2. So many readers have enjoyed the print edition of Li'l Lincoln and supported us at cons and book signings that we here at Warrior Innkeeper Comics felt we would like to reward them by not giving away all our eggs in one basket... in other words, the web comic will be in B&W but the print editions will be in full dazzling color!

Paul Johnson (the regular artist on this series) has been working hard on all the art for these books and we are happy to announce he will be coloring every page from now on!

You can see his colors on The Magnanimous Invention of Ben & Mike right now here on Smack Jeeves or by purchasing the print edition of The Less Than Historical Adventures of Lil Lincoln by going to warriorinnkeeper.com today and shooting us an email.

Thank you all for your support and enthusiasm!

-Benny Jack K.
I think this writer is better than youre main one. You should think bout having him write the hole story.

Halloween Crossover
Adam Watson (Darkslinger Comics) and I have often joked about doing a crossover with our two webcomics, El Bovine Muerte and, The Less Than Historical Adventures of Lil Lincoln. I can't say for certain if or when we will ever see it but I loved the idea so much that when I decided to have Paul Johnson whip up something special for Halloween I took the opportunity to do it!
A Short Story
We've been on hiatus for a while now and though we don't have the next issue of Lil Lincoln ready yet, I asked Paul to take a break and do a side project. He eagerly went to work writing and drawing up this origin story for our beloved 3 Brothers Frog!

So here is the first page of a Lil Lincolnverse short about frogs.

Enjoy!
Be Right Back

New Inks
We've been playing around with the art, looking for ways to tantalize your eyes more and we think we got it. Paul is inking by hand instead of computer and created this new look. I'm quite pleased.
Paul Bunyan
Adding a bit of Folklore to our adventure, Paul Bunyan and his blue ox Babe will be making their debut in Issue #2, coming soon!
