There is comedy that surpasses all other comedy. The comedy gold. Many strive for it, only a few ever obtain it. For those many that don't succeed, there's always silver.

A Neurotic Thunder comic

This comic right here is very special. No, not in that way. It's been made in Flash. I'm very pleased with how it turned out, especially with how this took about 4 hours to ink and color? I dunno how long it took me to actually draw, as that was months ago, but yeah. I need to clear the backlog of comics that I started in Photoshop (of the like 4 or so it's going to take 20 hours just to color sans shading) so I can convert fully to Flash. I'm still tinkering with how I do it, and making peace with the fact that crashing happens a billion times more often than Photoshop, but expect to see more comics done like this in the future.

Also trying to start back up again. Depression plus ineffective, everything numbing medicine plus winter plus preparing for school equals dumb creative droughts.

If only he could figure out what he was supposed to do with wives.

Because the way it looks to me, he thinks that when you have a wife, you make her stand next to a pillar in a coma, while you lie down on a stone table several feet away and go into a coma too, and then you let a retarded knock-kneed bumpkin be your only link with, and protection from, the outside world.

That is not what wives are for.
WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS?? YOU BASTARD
Baaahahaha!! "Spoonful of sugar" THIS, Mary! :P

I brought all my scarves and hats home for winter break, obviously with the expectation that they would be worn/used. Nope. It feels more like mid-March. My Polish blood yearns for the icy depths.

That feeling when you're trying to get back into a schedule yet your 'Give A Fuck' meter is running on empty.

I just saw this episode of Eek earlier today... quite the coincidence! :D
I made this comic several years ago and had only just rediscovered it when trying to find good comics to put in a portfolio project for school. So here it is, free at last!
That's... that's the coolest idea ever, though. I wish I had thought of that when I was doing a gag comic! Maybe someday in the future...

But yeah, I'll find quotes I wrote down that were sure to please, but upon rereading them I get the feeling I wrote it in the middle of the night using Dream English, where words don't mean words.

I have both those issues, really. I actually have a system where I write down ideas onto a small portion of index card that was previously cut out, put it in a box (made of full sized index cards and masking tape), then whenever I need an idea to just shake the box and see what comes out.

Naturally, sometimes I can't understand what the hell I wrote or what it even means.
NO THIS HAPPENS TO ME ALL THE TIME ASKDHFPIAUWERPIUAW WHY CAN'T I LEARN TO JUST WRITE IT DOWNNNNN

Do you also have the problem where you actually DO write it down, but write it so cryptically that when you look back on it you have no idea what the point of it was?

CUZ I HAVE THAT PROBLEM. LIKE A LOT.
Last CS! comic to be featured in the newspaper and it's a lame one I crapped out in an hour.

What I like about this coloring: It's just more involved and fun and satisfying

Hate: How, due to needing to scan it in, it looks like crap. :|

And the habit of posting after a scheduled date in the hopes that no one notices continues!

It is, but I had to shrink this picture down from 600 DPI to 100 DPI. Or maybe 300 to 100.

It's a little weird that his face is so perfectly aligned with the edge of the door in the first two panels.
