My name is Logan.

It would be pointless to tell you where I live. It's so tiny I KNOW you haven't heard of it.

There's not much to say about me except for one thing:

I fight the devil.

Rated 12+ For general depressingness and some violence.

I dunno. I think that maybe I could make a comic about how he got there in the first place, but I don't think I could create a serial of it. That's just wouldn't work.

It's over. Please please PLEASE PM or email me and tell me what you thought of it!

Some might say that there's no conflict resolution, and there isn't. This is a glimse into Logans life, which might not ever have a resolution. All we can do is trust God, and hope for the best.

Job is a book in the bible, in which, Satan goes to God, and tries to taunt him about a man named Job. Job is one of God's most faithful followers at the time. Satan says, (By the way, don't quote this; I wrote this from memory.)"Look at him. He only follows you because you've made everything good for him. If it was taken away, he would turn!" God takes him up on a bet, and Satan kills most of his family, takes away his friends, and ruins his farm.

Throught all of this, Job doesn't understand, but all the while he trusts in God.

I kinda agonized over this a little bit. I wanted to make it for most ages, but I wasn't sure about the inuendo. In the end, left it in, because it's inportant to make you HATE the devil.

This is the Devil. I tried to make him look extra creepy by giving him no eyebrow muscles. You may not notice it, but it's true. Like when Kon posseses Ichigo's body in BLEACH, his scowl goes away and he looks COMPLETELY different.

Ah...this page...I drew this page three times before I finallly got it right. Darn Lynn, being so hard to draw!

I wanted to make Lynn one of those people who doesn't care about her job all that much, kind of like Odd Thomas. So I had her sweep baseball stadiums and design thank-you note covers. Kind of like in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, where his dad screwed toothpaste caps on the bottles for two cents a pop. You didn't need to know that, but knowing it adds a level of reality to it. Like Logan was really talking to you.

This story is inspired by Night at the diner ( http://www.nightatthediner.smackjeeves.com ), by Rogerawilbanks. I read that, and it inspired me to go to new levels of depressingness. I had ben tinkering with the basic idea, and after reading that I just went to my room and drew the thumbnails.
