Almost forgot!
Stay safe, eat your veggies, get plenty of sleep, take your vitamins, and we'll be right here when you get back!
You're alive!!!
So glad to hear you're still alive (well, mostly) and congrats on graduating! Sorry things have been so stressful, sounds like you've been really busy.

Take it easy and do what you have to do - we all need money to survive, alas. Besides, I'm sure we're all willing to wait for a webcomic as awesome as this! I really love the story so far ^u^

hmmm currently doing my masters and I know the burn out feeling well. I'm just chuffed that there was an update! Wasn't ever upset, but looking forward to stuff whenever it happens and wishing you all the best! also happy you got some ace opportunities but yeah sounds good to take some time off to recalibrate. That's what I'm going to do once I graduate... in 7... more... months... ><

That is all amazing news, well except the burnt out part, take care of yourself, but otherwise, yaaaaaay!

Do what you gotta do lady, I just enjoy coming back and rereading from time to time. The artwork is truely truely the loveliest I've ever seen.

I don't know about age/college graduation, but as a longtime webcomic reader I do know that the best work always gets delayed, because they artist/writer gets paid work! So don't feel bad, this is a sign that you are *good*

Love the zombie worms-in-the-brain graphic as an update for this situation! Hemlock is beautiful, interesting, and a lot more compelling story than most college cartoon efforts. I'm not surprised to hear you've "gone pro," and I hope Hemlock will be even better for waiting a bit as you build your career and experience. Baba Yaga has her own ways of testing her supplicants, after all! I will keep checking back every few months.

Best wishes for your mental, physical, and financial health. Seems like it can be harder to figure out how to be a happy, healthy, brilliant and different person, versus a 'normal' person. But your work is a gift to everyone. I hope you are able to enjoy the commercial work and keep Hemlock simmering in that dream-space at the back of your mind for a glorious creative binge at some future time.

So glad to hear from you! Of course you had to take on those works, and I'm glad to hear that you're finding good stuff. I'm also glad that you aren't giving up on Hemlock either. I'll definitely still be hanging around. Take care of yourself as well though, give yourself what you need to regain your health!
Hemlock is a delightful treat for me when it happens--you've clearly been working very hard to make it happen at all. I can't wait to see how beautiful your art is the next time you are able to do some work on it! This is one of my favorite online projects. The life of the artist always takes precedence!! Good luck with your job and with your health!

I've been waiting to see this page change since the dawn of day. The truth is, I love your art too much to give up on Hemlock. So glad to see you're alive and kickin'.

Congratulations on all your achievements. No matter if things are going less than how you would like them exactly, you should still feel proud of all the things you've done and will continue doing.

And don't feel pressured, after all, this is a personal project and until it can pay your bills, we can't really expect you to drop everything and concentrate on Hemlock just only.

Omg, that's amazing with all the jobs!(crazy hard, but amazing) and OF COURSE it's more important than Hemlock. I mean, you have to eat right? You shouldn't feel any obligations. Take it for what it is: a hobby, a playground for your creative juices and things you wanna try out, and for the same reasons you started it. You should be having fun, not stressing about it. Have a nice day :)

You sure that story shouldn't include tasting a sip of Sindri's soup? ;)
Don't sweat it! Congrats on all the great stuff you accomplished, and I'm sorry about your mental health stuff, I can sympathize. Take your time and come back when you can. We can wait!
