Awesomey story so far. :)
By the way, saw your comic in the sponsor comic ad on the front page, so apparently that thing actually works. :P

Thank you, My! I was actually working on toning and adding monochromatic color to the pages. I ended up losing the progress I made when my laptop died a few months ago, and I sort of lost steam when that happened. I agree that it would add to the pages. I'll tell you a secret, though: whenever I add anything to crisp line art, I feel like I ruined it - even when I do a good job of it! I just love B&W lines that much. =)

Keep on truckin'
The comic is starting to look really good, the line art is smooth and has just enough details to make the pages look dynamic.
If I were you, I'd just add some shading here and there, and color in grey tones the characters skin tone and hair color.
I know it's time consuming but I think it would make the pages more readable and the characters easier to tell apart.
Line art is great though, and I really like the gritty story with that one fantasy element thrown in.

That's so inappropriate, Jezzy.
Check out this amazing anthology of women's comics, to be published this Winter by IDW. I'm in it. ;)

One of these days I'll fill y'all in on what's been going on for that past two months. Suffice it to say it's one of those things you think will never happen to you, then it does, and it screws everything up.
But hey - IT'S AN UPDATE! REJOICE! <3

Seriously, these recent pages are way better than the first couple. I saw this most recent page first and started reading because I liked the art style.
