Comments Code

I'm wondering if anyone can help me with a comments code? Currently the comments don't have any way of differentiating themselves (ie. no box around them to contain them). I'd like the comments under the comic pages to appear the same way my news page (http://www.brightstarscomic.com/news/) does. I understand CSS well enough to alter much of what I need to, but not to write new code for it. If anyone can write a code to put a solid box around each individual comment, that would be lovely. Feel free to PM me with any questions/suggestions.
