Nya's Art Fartings [ Crit's swell! Sketchessss this month ]

Postby Nya » May 23rd, 2011, 10:15 pm

Hey guys. It's been awhile. :>
I'll just be dumping some art here on occasion. Any comments or critique you could give me would be very very much appreciated!

To start it off, from oldest to newest~

•1. My part of an art trade on Gaia.
Image

•2. My entry for Sakura-con's mascot contest. I will place someday, darnit! >:3
Image

• 3. More Gaia art fartings.
Image

•4. A collection of images. First one is old, other two are eh. I dunno. Hoping to build on this theme in my future.
Image

•5. A digital painting from life I did at lunch Saturday. Drawn sitting in Washington, looking at Oregon. (: About an hour, I think.

That painting of Oregon? I'm jealous. That's probably my favorite of this bunch!

Your characters have a lot of life and movement. I like that.

And you live in Washington? :3 Wouldn't it be funny if we went to the same school?

AIS in Seattle.

And that would be totally weird. I've never run into anyone on the internet first like that.

Ah the Art Institute. Nope, I'm over at DigiPen. P:
It is always strange when the internet and real life start to mix.

Ah, so lovely~
They all have such a beautiful sense of flow. Like, compositionally, I mean. They each guide the eyes around the piece very well.
And, you know. It's just pretty =P

Chamfer some of those edges, they'll look a lot better.
