DRAMA, ACTION, LOVE!

Postby martialbomb » March 14th, 2012, 4:18 pm

Hello, I would like you guys to check out this new comic, The art is really good
and the story is interesting, is about a girl who's parents send her to a school were students are taught to kill people that are not humans, but the problem is that she is actually a nonhuman! Check it out! I would recommend it for the spotlight section because is really cool and needs more recognition! ;)

As of writing, this comic still haven't reached 30 pages. Fillers, covers, chapter covers and everything else doesn't count. 5 pages more and it's good to go.

You should already be aware of that unlisted rule since you were there when the author of this comic suggested this for spotlight.

I may have to add that comics that were suggested to be spotlighted doesn't always get the spot, a lot of factors include like quality of drawing and story, etc.

I feel like there is sock puppetry going on, but I don't have the proof to be certain.

I suggest this comic because leaves a lot of suspense
Had many secret that themain character needs to find
this main character always have new problems in the school
the secondary actors are very interesting protoganistas
make me wanna keep reading about them
It seems that it be romantic
this author knows what she is writing!

I don't think he looks at reviews. However, the amount of support a comic receives in its nomination thread can sway his opinion.

well i wouldn't suggest this comic to the spotlight at all.... yes this comic have potential but a comic spotlight manga/comic needed to be really original yet skill in art

the reason why I don't think this manga would not be a good idea for the comic spotlight

1. too many element of vampire knight in it( even those is got inspire by it), even those you not trying to make a manga that relate to it, but is give out vibe of vampire knight when reader read, that might lead to reader thinking about this manga/comic might be plagiarism and that might lead to suing and flaming by reader toward creator.
2. grammar need improvement and too many typo
3. the art is so so... but take phantomland, - the forgotten-, or x-labyrinth, or M-syndrome.as an example of professional works. because i find the art really lack anatomy yet the expression are great but the dialogue box is really confusing to begin with. reader would not think is professional but they would think is just too much going on instead
4. about fan recognition, I find it un fair , because this creator really try too hard to get fan by come to every single comic profile and beg for people to read her comic. is it consider to be fan recognition, or more like begging people to read then get fan recognition

Having a "sock puppet" account is when one person creates other accounts and then posts with them to make it seem like other people are agreeing with them. Like, Poster #1 posts about their comic, then they make up accounts Poster #2 and Poster #3, and then post as Posters 2 and 3 to say "Yes this comic is really terrific!"

I don't actually have proof of it in this scenario. It was just a suspicion.

I read your story, and you've convinced me. Yeah your story is a different and unique one. It's just a harem comic LOL otherwise.
but I really like it.
I really like your original style to, it's so refreshing to see such a unique style on smackjeeves because everyone keeps copying other's style but yours I really like it.

;D<3 You've made a fan of me.
Good Job, Can't wait to see more.

Your ideas are very good. I'm not a fan of shoujo-romance comics but, you pull it off well with action. The monster was a great input and can't wait to see it's play out further in the story.

I really love your style! It's so cute and bubbly. I also really like the plot and the paneling is amazing! It must take alot of time and effort to be able to make such detailed and beautiful page
