It's one of the hottest summers on record in Satellite Falls, so why are people freezing to death? Volatile cop Carl Weatherton takes it upon himself to track down a killer who will redefine the term "cold-blooded".

This one takes place 5 years before The Kwiddex Protocol and the focus is on the everyday people who are affected by the superheroes around them. Joel Cotejar is doing the artwork and the guy is amazing! Check it out!
