I do hope so... If it's on again I'm so up for it. I'm quite the humbug when it comes to getting into the spirit of the season, but this is an exception. One of the few Christmassy things I can happily get into XD

I am happy to talk over my experiences from back when I ran it with whoever is in charge this year, if advice is needed.

I hope there is, I got scrooged last year.

Anyway, my family has been preparing for Christmas since September, as well as everyone else in the Philippines.

When it starts anyone who's interested signs up, everyone's name's put into a metaphorical hat and everyone gets another participants name. You do a picture or small comic as a present for said person without revealing it to them, and you send it in to whoever's running the show so that they might add it onto the website where all the pictures are displayed. After christmas you can reveal yourself as the gift giver. Presuming everyone gets their gifts in nice and on time there is general christmas joy for all those involved.

I think that's about right...

Ooh, I love Secret Santa! I've only done it once before.

EDIT: wow, how did I just notice that?

That sounds pretty easy. Especially if we get a user with a writing style familiar to us.

Oh it's wonderful, the sad part is last year's secret santa got accidentally erased (CuteThing left and took the comic with her)

The only thing that might discourage people is sprite comics and stick figures tend to be frowned upon.

Actually, neither of those things showed up last year, even for the people who were spriters. Even I drew something, and I can draw for crap. (I'm better this year though!)
