Which one do you like more: Marvel or DC?

I think I prefer Marvel overall.
I liked the Lois and Clark TV series and Static Shock, but I liked the animated X-Men and '94 Spider-Man, too. I've also seen the '78 Incredible Hulk, an animated Fantastic Four, and the Iron-Man movie, and thought those were okay.
I think the main thing is that Superman (besides Lois and Clark) and Batman just feel... old or dull or something to me. Maybe I saw stuff about them on TV when I was really young, and feel that way as a result, but I'm not sure. Superman seems too good to me, not human enough, in older shows, and I dislike how he's drawn in the animated ones, and I just never got interested in Batman.

I like specific superheroes from the different universes. JLA > Avengers (except in the movies).

I don't read comics of either universe really, but as much as I like some Marvel stuff I think I like DC a bit more. I'll admit that DCUO is likely the reason for this. After playing that I not only remembered my love for Justice League but it kind of hooked some added fascination with the universe out of me that I never thought about before.

I don't know, there's just something about DC that I enjoy more in general... I don't know how to explain it. It just feels, like... When watching a Marvel movie or playing a game with it's characters I'm just like "well this is pretty cool," but DC tends to blow me away more than most fictional stuff to come from the west. Justice League and Teen Titans were awesome, (the latter more so later on when it started taking itself a bit more seriously,) and pretty much every animated Batman series/film has been some of the greatest in western animation. I still can't wait to watch Under the Red Hood.
Not to mention the Arkham games, (which I'll admit I've yet to play but have been becoming increasingly interested in,) and DCUO.

Iunno, it's 3am and I'm a bit burnt out and rambly right now, but yeah. I like DC more.

I have always been a Batman fan... So my heart lies with DC. It breaks my heart with what they are doing to their female characters with the New 52 though... *sadface*

i just think that marvel's characters are more intersting and fun, while most of dc's characters are either extremely serious, really boring, or too "perfect". and also because marvel has spider-man

I used to read tons of Marvel when I was a teenager, all the X-Men and Spider-Man titles. But as I got older I started identifying more with the characters of the DC universe than those in Marvel, because the stories and characters seemed to have more philosophical depth. Also, I prefer the characters of DC's mature Vertigo line to Marvel's Max. Hellblazer and Sandman- can't go wrong there.
