There was a great thread on the old forums so I'm starting a new one. Who has links to free(and legal of course) music?

Here's my submission:

A lot of great stuff there. If you have a few bucks throw these guys some donations.

The Newgrounds Audio Portal is really great, and you can download stuff completely free and legally.

Fat Wreck Chords have a load of music you can listen to for free here, which would seem to contain at least one song off of each record on the label.

I'm partial to The FUMP myself. If I remember right, there's a new comedy song every MWF and all the ones on the front page are free to DL. The ones in the archive are free to listen and like...$1 to buy, so if you check regularly you can get a bunch of free stuff. :D

I'm a huge fan of t61. I've found loads of great songs and artists I never would have heard on the radio. Not a great place to listen to mainstream/established or older music.

You can search for and listen to music on http://Skreemr.com and if you're really intuitive, I'm sure you can figure out how it could end up on your computer. But the play function is really good for listening to just random stuff that's on the internet that's remotely related to your search.

For instance searching "wizard" pulls up some pretty awesome results.

Stange, I wonder why that is, especially for Ireland that usually gets included with the UK.
It's a shame, I actually would have gotten a lot of use out of it.
