fighters is a bit silly imo and sonic cd is cool

Sonic the Fighers is silly, but Sonic R and it's powerpop Richard Jacques soundtrack is not?

well, then again, i did think jet grind radio and sonic rush had the best soundtracks in video game history

and i don't really like fighting games (except marvel vs capcom 2, which also had a kickass sountrack)

I am still afraid of Needlemouse...

Sonic being the only playable character has been F'ed up before.. The Fairytale Games for instance.

Well, considering Chip was on the list, who wasn't playable, I think it's safe to assume we won't be getting any other characters like in the Fairytale games. I hope, at least.

I'd much rather have Sonic 3 & Knuckles rather than have them seperated, that way I have access to the Doomsday Zone, and Hyper transformations, but still a great deal.

Actually just looked at the screenshots and...something looks off. Look at this:

What's Sonic doing in that pic? (Besides standing perfectly still on a running boss)

That's easy. Sonic is running so fast that he just looks like he's standing still.

He is also running so fast that he completed the game already and ran straight into Knuckles' game. He is that fastest thing alive.

Well, the announcement's been made. The new game is Sonic the Hedgehog 4, which is a good idea in theory, but the three seconds of gameplay displayed in the teaser leave me feeling completely underwhelmed. Games like Sonic Rush looked a lot faster and more epic than this.

Plus, what's with the whole episodic content thing? Lame.

Sorry guys. But I'm going to lock this topic up. It's not that you've done anything wrong. Just the fact we already have a gaming thread. In order to prevent other threads being created based on games, we must also close this topic up.

One again, I apologize for doing so.

EDIT: Kotor, feel free to post your post in the gaming thread.
