Random thought ...why do we drive on Parkways and park in Driveways?

1337 posts exactly.

Also the Team Fortress 2 economy crashed and I gamed it to make $1000.

I log into twitter like 2-3 times a year and usually just post something about my comic updating and then flee and look at nothing else. Since there's less interaction on these forums and other ones I go on these days, I want to try to be more active on twitter to actually keep up with people, so a few days ago I actually sat down and took a look at my notifications, at stuff people had posted, etc. One thing that sucks is I followed a lot of people years ago who I vaguely knew through old forums and a few people here, so like, people whose real names I didn't know. And so many of them have either changed their twitter handle or I just forgot which handle went to which other known handle that I have no idea who a bunch of the people I follow/who follow me are, and could not ascertain by viewing their profiles/feeds. Some of them I might never have actually interacted with and just followed them because they came up under "suggested friends" and were clearly a webcomic artist, but now I can't actually tell who I knew vs. who I didn't know

If it's been a while, you'll probably have to get to know them again anyway, so is there really a difference? Try to get to know the ones you want to know better now :D

For some reason my comic has gotten a crap ton of visitors lately, but hardly any returners of that massive batch. Does anyone have an idea might be going on?

If you were to sever a zombie's head but leave the brain intact, could it chase you around like Pacman in the right conditions?

Brain stem isn't strong enough to hold it up, it's not a chicken. It'll sever the link from its own weight.

The head wouldn't be able to move, the neck muscles aren't made that way.

So far, almost all of the girls I've roomed with have been slobs, but most of the guys have been neat freaks. The other thing is that out of shape and overweight roommates are more likely to be slobs and make up excuses, while the more athletic just do it without bitching about it. Huh.

My experience seems to be completely even in terms of gender & grossness. I had a female roommate who kept her dorm so meticulous that when I dropped a slice of pizza cheese-side down on her carpet, I had 0 qualms about picking it up and continuing to eat it; then there was another who was more than happy to leave a sink full of dishes and dishwater over a long weekend. Most guys seemed to have their act together, but my husband's old roommate once threw a party and 9 days later the food vessels and solo cups were still all over the kitchen; another roommate he had, neither of them had time to clean because of being in med school which was horrific when I came over and was showering and accidentally touched the plastic shower curtain and my arm slipped away as if lubricated by the damp slime D:>

This thread's been dead a while.

That's genuinely the only good thought I had this month.

Probably celebrate the same way we did when this became the number one thread across the entire forum.

By doing nothing.
