When one of my favorite comics updates I always get really excited. And I want to get to the point where I can make other people feel that way too. You know, have a comic where people can't wait for the next update. But every time I think like that it makes me too nervous to post anything because I'll be letting people down. Confidence is a mysterious thing.

(Sorry for the terrible grammar, I'm completely englished out today.)

Some Adivce, Post it anyway.

OR post it when you fell neutral about it.

Nothing will happen if you don't do anything. I winged every update of my fist comic, people seemed to love it. And I can garuntee I can go through that archive and pick out every mistake I made and wonder why the fuck I thought it was good. Turns out on it's final page people liked it and phrased me for it and the pages leading up, people came around to say they didn't want it to end.

Point is, Screw confidence at first. Post it anyway. Take the feedback with a grain of salt and continue to do your best.

EDIT: And if NONE of this makes any sense, sorry. It's 1am and when I'm sleepy I may as well be hammered.

If you reach the point where people can't wait for the next update then don't worry about letting them down, you're clearly doing something right. You should always practice and strive to improve but if people enjoy your work they enjoy your work.
I know from slight experience that you shouldn't let paranoia get the best of you, because at least one fan of mine mentions from time to time how much he loves seeing my comic update, despite I myself often-times feeling like my pages are mediocre and half-assed. I was amazed that someone was so excited about something I felt was so mediocre but it was a pleasant pick-me-up. Honestly it's part of being an artist. You'll rarely be as satisfied with your own work as others are. It feels great to know people are looking forward to more, though, so when I find the time to work on pages I do so and upload 'em without a second thought.

I'm probably just rehashing what Ryo said, but yeah. Don't be paranoid about sharing or letting people down. Just press on and keep improving, whether people want more or not.
Now what might this be?

Ryo already said about 95% of of it already, but the only you know how well you do is if you post it. The best way to never lose is to never try, but you'll also never win. Can't quite remember where that's from.

Last night was fun. I spoke about religion, and politics, and race, with someone I'd never chatted with before, and while we disagreed with each other on pretty much everything, we were still friendly to each other at the end of it. It's nice talking with rational people :D

Tried chocolate covered bacon and chocolate with Province herbs, cracked pepper, and sea salt. Both were really good.

Also, my legs ache from having to walk all over that campus. Everything's built on hills so it's stairs and inclines everywhere. I want to go back though. All sorts of restaurants and stores I didn't get to look through because everything closes at 6.

Everything closes at 6? Where is this, reverse vampire land?

Maybe it's regular vampire land and the townspeople are hiding from the vampires. But the Italian restaurant WAS still opened. Hmmm...

I'm over at my dad's house now, getting my brother's Pathfinder (the one that was going to be such a big deal to tow home) fixed. While I'm here, so far, I've cleaned every toilet in the house (and unclogged all but one, there's four of them), cleaned the big room on the third story, fixed the couch, and began digging a hole in the field to bury the goat that's been dead for a month.

Shit, if I weren't going into the Air Force already, I'd be able to make a real good living as a handyman/janitor!
