Lord English has technically never killed anyone yet. He may never kill with his own hands for whatever reason, hence all his lackeys even though his time travel powers make him able to be anywhere any when making them more or less unnecessary with the exception of Snowman and Doc Scratch who are required for his predestined birth.

As for Hussie bot, he's just holding his head. It doesn't look like it was violently detached, except for its left-eye which I don't think is really missing. It's IN SPADE SLICK'S HEAD. Hussie disassembled his robot for parts to fix Slick. Lord English just...found it? I dunno.

So yeah that's why I think Ms. Paint is fine.
