YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME SOONER. Whereabouts? I was in Sarasota until May. :/ Although I'm not there anymore and most of my friends have now left too...but I totally want to go back down sometime to visit (or for MegaCon).

I'm in the same boat though where I've moved. I know nobody here. ;_; Anyone in the Atlanta area? What cons are here?

ehhh but MegaCon isn't in August; it's in March?? March in Florida is super nice btw. I don't know how much plane tickets cost, but I assure you the weather is very lovely!

Also, if anyone is ever flying into Sarasota, totally use AirTran. I used them for 4 years going to/from school and they were always on time (and sometimes early!) and their employees are very nice and chill. One time there was barely anyone on the flight, so they let us sit where ever the hell we wanted and it was awesome.

I'm in Cape Coral, a bit over an hour south from Sarasota. Dammit.

I'm not planning on going to any cons until I have more books to sell, sadly. But if/when I start going to cons again and you guys are going, I'd love to!
Cons are expensive and I don't like them very much, that's why I want to just meet up normally and just have tea or something.

Another Atlanta con is Dragoncon. It's not an anime con, which is precisely why I'd like to go. They're set up differently, and I want to learn about that. Maybe I'll like it.
