Where is this Mind-Scarring Picture From (Comic? Fanart?)?

I don't remember where I saw this picture from, but I think it was from a BL comic here at SmackJeeves (I think) ...AND IT'S BEEN DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!. However, I'm also not sure whether it was an actual intermission page or fanart >_<
All I remember is that it was a picture of a male character dressed as Spiderman hanging upside-down in the 'rain,' with another male character standing looking up at him with an 'areyoukiddingme' expression. And a small note to the side saying "Note: This is not actually rain coming down" or something like that.
