Oooh...if I'm not too late I'd like to get on this, I pretty much only use smackjeeves on my phone nowadays.

Beta just released a while ago... I don't own an iPhone or Android. What's the purpose of adding panels? Just an ordering for reading texts?

The panels you add to the comic should overlay the actual panels of the comic. And they should be in order. So when the visitor comes to the comic they can read one panel at a time.
