Is there a way to have a {COMIC_TITLE} without the Patreon icon on early access pages? Maybe leave {COMIC_TITLE} as is, but also have a {C_TITLE_ONLY} or something. Mine's probably a bit of an edge case here, but I've got disqus comments enabled like:
Code: Select all
this.page.url = "http://www.galebound.com/comic/{COMIC_TITLE}"; //comic_title expected to be '041'

Which, on the early access page, explodes into
Code: Select all
    this.page.url = "http://www.galebound.com/comic/<style>

      .patreon-title-logo {
         display: inline-block;
         height: 24px;
         width: 24px;
         border-radius: 5px;
         background: #ff5900 url(http://www.smackjeeves.com/images/patreon-white.png) no-repeat 50% 50%;
         background-size: 16px;
         margin-right: .4em;
         vertical-align: baseline;
         line-height: 25px;
         cursor: default;
      }

   </style>

   <span class="patreon-title-logo override" title="Patreon Early Access">&nbsp;</span>041";

Well, first of all, for disqus you can use this:

Code: Select all
this.page.url = '{COMIC_URL}';

Does the Patreon icon bother you, or was it just the disqus problem?

Ah, it's just a disqus thing. I've got it so the disqus comments load the same for each page here and on the comic fury mirror (making use of the comic title as an identifier because I could make them the same on both hosts). I might be able to come up with a workaround (I mean, my whole disqus setup is a hacky workaround in the first place xD).

I need help with my coding, I tried to use the custom code for the button but it is not working at all! I want for the button to go away and instead it be the same font type, size, weight, and placement as the buttons along my menu. I can do it fine when I edit the coding in the inspect element code but then of course there's no save and I don't know what to copy and paste to make it work. This is my coding so far:

Code: Select all
     <li>{PATREON_LOG_IN_BUTTON}</li>
<a.patreon-log-in.override {
    background: none;
    display: inline-block;
    box-sizing: content-box;
    color: white;
    line-height: 32px;
    height: 32px;
    text-align: left;
    font-weight: none;
    border-radius: 4px;
    font-size: 24px;
    text-decoration: none;
    font-family: 'Exo 2', sans-serif;
}>

Am I doing something wrong?

Yes, you are. You need to put the CSS in the style tag (likely in Overall Layout) along with the rest of your CSS. You put it in... a HTML tag? I'm not even sure, but that's not where CSS goes xP

Ah! Figures! I'm still confused where and how I place it however. Am I using the correct format of the <li>{PATREON_LOG_IN_BUTTON}</li> first and then the <a.patreon-log-in.override>, do I place it in "<>" or "{}" and do I place it in between my nav container coding?

Basic style tag:

Code: Select all
<style type="text/css">

   selector {
      property: value;
   }

</style>

So...

Code: Select all
<style type="text/css">

   a.patreon-log-in.override {
      background: none;
      display: inline-block;
      box-sizing: content-box;
      color: white;
      line-height: 32px;
      height: 32px;
      text-align: left;
      font-weight: none;
      border-radius: 4px;
      font-size: 24px;
      text-decoration: none;
      font-family: 'Exo 2', sans-serif;
   }

</style>

The log in button being within an li tag might make sense, it all depends on your layout - you actually have quite a nice custom template. I think the button would go nicely opposite the Save My Place widget. Do you want help placing it?

Thank you! I've worked very hard on this template so that is quite the compliment! And yes I would be very appreciative of some help with placement if you don't mind! Thank you!
