The Amazing World of Gumball

The Amazing World of Gumball

So has... anyone else realized that this is actually a really cool show?

I've only watched all of 2 episodes or so, but the characters are incredibly fun, the animation's awesome IMO, and some of the jokes are really fun.

Anybody else looked into this show at all?

I watch the show ocassionally. Honestly one of the better shows on CN imo. The jokes are pretty funny and yeah, the characters are cool~
The episode with the Ghost is one of my favorites.

I only caught one episode on CN. Gonna be watching the rest online by default since I barely touch TV anymore anyway.

Yes! Its a great show! I'm stunned it turned out so well, I didn't expect it to.

I'm also a bit surprised an Adventure Time thread hasn't started either. I'd love to gush about that too.

I love Gumball. It think it's highly entertaining, and it's BEAUTIFUL. This is the type of look I want to achieve with my animation.

Also, gumball's mom is a milf.

Slight involvement by an irish studio.
Therefore an irish cartoon.
Therefore awesome.

You know, one of my favorite things about Gumball, is the fact that even though the animation (of the main characters) was probably done in something similar to flash, and has little to no line variation, it STILL ends up gorgeous, and attractive.

Tell THAT to that piece of shit Johnny Test cartoon, which does the same thing with their animation, except a billion times worse.

i actually like johnny test...
But on the subject of gumball I always caught glimpses of it when I walked by. It looked okay but i was like "whatever its probably just the occational good joke surrounded by shit" it wasn't until i heard about why the goldfish was his brother that i actually started watching. Its a DAMN good show, easily one of the best things cartoon network has going for it right now
the best cartoon network shows that recently started have to be Gumball Adventure time and that new scooby doo show that has actually surprised me with some clever diolouge.

Also is chowder still on? that show started off slow but picked up really well as it grew up with its jokes.
