Plus you get a lot of linked collaborations from the older to the younger generations, and it's neat to see how old styles manifest in newer stuff.

This is my whole philosophy behind my music choices. A good way to portray it comes by an incident where I was at my dad's house, and I had my younger brother in my truck. He's all about modern music, and he can't understand why over three-quarters of the songs on my iPod are at least 20 years old or more. He said to me in this particular incident, "Why do you listen to this crap? Most of these people are either old or dead!"

Some people just don't get it. haha

Tonight's my very last show. It starts about 2 hours from now if you'd like to listen in. Going to be a very emotional affair for me, so if you want to hear a grown lady cry, this might be your opportunity

I might try to post during the show about what I'll be playing, but til then gotta cram in some extra study time.

Thanks to anyone who's listened, even those who didn't post to say that they did. It's been a pleasure to play for everyone.

I love jazz! :D I like to listen to NPR now and again when I'm doing my thing online with friends on IM, on a good day, and now and again hits from then and now spring up. It's awesome. Definitely recommended.
