Oh how I wish I had a computer that could run such pretty textures. Those look amazing, but my computer can barely handle basic Minecraft.

Painterly pack is 16x, so it should run at the same speed as with the basic Minecraft textures (that is, if you don't use MCPatcher).

Yes, but even then you need a computer that will run it 24/7 so people can join any time they wish.

That, or specified times based off GMT.

That's what I do, my computer typically runs 24/7, so there would only be a few times that the server would be down.

Yeah, mostly to save the server and cut down on lag and to do things to my computer. I'd be more than happy to host a server if people were interested and willing to download Hamachi.

Save a skeleton dungeon for me, I want to make it a dungeon trap to get us near-unlimited amounts of bones and arrows.

I also want to make a drowning trap, with a large dark room to spawn the enemies for it.

I prefer survival over creative, as it gives a greater challenge and makes constructions that much more rewarding.

But it's more up to the majority on whether the server is survival or creative.
