I like how you know I have a Formspring, but still asked me a question here instead of there, haha~
No, I am not doing any cons this year. Cons are fun, but in retrospect, enduring all that noise and headache for 3 days just to sell 4 prints doesn't seem worth it ):

And I don't think I ever posted these comic pages, OOPS. These are half a year old. Another story Shea and I are doing together, Vessel. On this one, we're sharing art duties too, though. These are the opening pages, but there is still a lot of writing to do (and some changes to make to these pages). I'm not even sure we'll ever do more than this. It's too difficult to NOT turn a story involving Theo into porn.
Spoiler! :

Or did I post them? I can't even remember.

Shea: If you think we can make it not-porn without writing Theo out, we should! I don't mind leaving some sex in, but you know, not in every chapter.

quixoticKinetics: Aw D: If it's your home con, does that mean you live in NJ? Meet-up gogogo.

I live in NJ during the summer and holiday breaks and such, but my college is in upper NY. Still, that means I'm heading home for the summer in...about a week, actually.

Does SJ does meetups and such? /so new oh god

SJers have tried to organize meet-ups, but I don't think they really work. I, for one, probably would not go to an actual meet-up because there would be too many people. Meeting one person is okay, but any more than that and I die.

Death is probably not a good thing. But I am in upper NJ, like, so-upper-it's-practically-NYC NJ.

Yep. But this is New Jersey, so half an hour is too far away to actually bother.

We are indeed spoiled by the overpopulation and multitude of towns all packed in right next to each other. Why bother going half an hour when that means roughly ten cities away? Wayyyy too much trouble bro.

Vessel stuff. Shea and I did those 3 pages in December/Jan (posted a page or two back), but now I'm finally starting to work on the project more. The characters are "designed" but I'm working on alterations so that they all fit together, since the characters belong to three different artists.

Image
Silhouettes, trying to make sure the characters read well. Hopefully it isn't too difficult to guess who is who! ...or wouldn't be, if you guys actually knew who they're supposed to be. (Spoiler: my Theo, Shea's Tommy, Shi's Lucas.)

Spoiler! :

Basic shapes (done before the silhouettes). Theo is pretty distinctive, but Lucas and Tommy are pretty much identical. But as seen in the silhouettes, I think their size and postures should keep them readable. I think Lucas is actually more of a kidney bean shape, in contrast to Tommy's blockiness.

I'll be posting pretty much everything to my Tumblr, but I'll also be posting here. Would you guys prefer:
A. Everything as I get it done (lots of posts with 1-2 sketches)
B. Periodical dumps (a few posts with a lot of stuff)
C. Cherry-picking (periodical posts with the most interesting sketches)
Busy, busy.
