I can't really think of anything weird I've seen off the top of my head but I did see part of this hentai once that I believe is called 'The Werewolf', this girls brother turned into a "werewolf" (It looked more like a demon) and proceeded to consensually rape her, but not before his 'lil'buddy' dramatically insta-grew to the size of her entire body out of nowhere. The hentai itself didn't bother me since I've grown pretty used to seeing that kind of stuff in anime, but what slew me was the dubbing, it was hilarious (At least in Bible Black they sort attempted to act).

Actually there is a manhwa, and a manga Twilight, although I'm not too sure on how accurate they are since I have a phobia of touching turds. <_<

Does H-Manga count? I mean if it did I would assume a ton of people would have way better stories but considering this actually had kind of a plot I'm counting it not because of any of the sex scenes or the plot itself but the actual ending. The very last page. It's a manga called Sei So Tsui Dan Sha. Completely original, not a bad length, weird ass story, laugh your ass off ending. I won't even spoil it, it's that insane. It's something you just do not see coming and I absolutely love it to death.

If we're not counting that, then I don't have anything all that weird or shocking. Besides, y'know, all of FLCL.
