It's not like one judge can make the decision to include his/her own work. There are MANY judges, so if all of them agree to include a comic, be it a judge's work or not, then the comic is worth inclusion. It's that simple, guys.

They all make a unanimous decision, and agree on the results. One judge doesn't hold enough sway to include whatever he/she wants.

I think Geoff is trying to saying that a single judge cannot have an overruling vote by themself to get their comic through, the other judges are still who make up the majority in that sense.

Which does make somewhat of a difference, but the thing is that the judge is still there to sway the decisions of the others. Whether the bias is intentional or not, it can easily happen.

The winners are being uploaded and set to live as I type! They'll be released one by one a minute apart from each other JUST FOR THE SUSPENSE! Mwahahaha.

Again I just want to thank all the committee members this year. Due to other obligations I pretty much had NO part in this year's awards, and I'm sorry for that. But that just makes what the others managed to pull off all the more spectacular! Kudos to Afro, H0ly, Eishiya, and Paradox! You were all brilliant!

Looking forward to next year's which shouldn't be too far off! Truth be told we were a bit late this year. XD; Our bad...
