Hmmm, there's a heck of a lot of text right at the beginning, which doesn't really help me get immersed. :C

Your comics are so well done that it would be a nigh impossible challenge to find something to nitpick over if not for a pet peeve of mine about a layout rule that Alter sometimes breaks.

Stacking two panels to the left of a tall one without some bigger design element guiding readers in the right direction is kind of a big sequential-art faux pas. It creates confusion about which panel to read next and pulls readers out of the story to remind them they're reading a comic, breaking the storytelling spell.

For example:
This works fine because the slanted panels help guide the eyes where you want them to go:
http://alter.smackjeeves.com/comics/1312924/5-p05/

This is confusing because the eyes would naturally keep going left-to-right. Once there, it feels weird going backward to get to the next one, forcing readers to think about the panel order instead of the story:
http://alter.smackjeeves.com/comics/1325362/5-p09/

This is a common rule in U.S. comics, and a rule commonly broken by Western manga creators, possibly because they're used to seeing this layout on Japanese pages that read from right to left (in which case it works fine).

I never see anyone else point this out in Western manga, so maybe manga readers are used to reading in this unusual way, but for the sake of universal clarity and effortless reading for everyone, I would avoid it whenever possible.

I remember I began reading your comic when I first joined SJ. That picture where the witch moves, saw it coming a mile away. It seemed like a cheap trick that completely turned me off.

RE: Stacking panels
I do it all the time. On one page I even stacked six panels next to one big one, four on another page. I can understand it perfectly and I think there are numerous situations where the flow of the story calls for it (I once did a page where three separate events were going on simultaneously in three vertical columns).

You can't tell me that sequence on p. 43 would be better in words instead of pictures? Or p. 47, the red on black with the perfect use of negative space to convey the horror of the attack? The landscapes on p. 21 and 39. I'm not exaggerating when I say that this was going to be a 2000 page book before I turned it into a 200 page comic.

I don't like the font. It doesn't look like one for a comic, if that makes any sense outside of my head. ^^;

I dislike the main character's outfit. It's a little ridiculous.

I don't really like some of the dialogue for The Amazon Princess. Some of it seems kind of stock-phrase...ish...? and expository.

The purple or the background image...?

Try this: http://dafont.com . Just look through until you find something you think "fits" your comic, if that makes sense. ^^ The defaults I've mostly seen is Anime Ace, since it's free and all.

Some of the German throws me off, though context usually helps.
