b) got promoted, had to work an insane amount of hours for the past three weeks, which left little time for updates
c) tomorrow, i'll be posting the 8th update this month. i'm actually shocked I managed 8 pages...

last day and I got 44 pages done 30 days. definitely faster than last month, thanks for the challenge! i only took one day off from drawing this time around.

I'd love to, but organizing these things is work :< I hope someone else organizes 'em. I can do a few a year, but two in a row sucks because I can never remember to do it ahead of time.

And if you just want incentive to do extra work, why not set personal challenges? Go for 45 pages in August 8D

I only got 20/60 thumbs done, though this was a good thing for me to do =) Ended up completely revising my story in the process and It is a definate improvement. Planning to get the rest of the thumbs done over the next month.

I assume the cut off point is midnight? What about time zones, do I just go by my local time? I'm still holding out hope I might manage this but I'm cutting it bloody close, theres only about an hour left of July by British time.

Yep, you go by local time, unless you started late in the day, in which case you can make an argument for using a later time zone. It's not a huge issue since this is a personal challenge, though hopefully you won't go over 720 hours total (30 days).


phoenixgem: I'm in the same boat as you. I did about 25 thumbnailed pages, and decided to rewrite several important chunks, and I'm still working on that. The comic is definitely improving, and that's the important thing!

WELP, I certainly screwed up this challenge, only got 6/10 pages done.

Finished 8/10. Considering I would normally never do that in a month, and considering that I joined the challenge halfway in, I would consider it a "silver medal"
