Yeah, I can see the difference. Not sure what it is, but it's there somewhere. I've only just noticed how well you draw hands, you're really good with them.
2013 Resolution: Keep up with my job and Open University courses, and finish Fall Chicken.

Yeah, I gotta admit, I envy your hand-drawing abilities. I usually take the easy way out and draw something like a fist-shaped blob instead. XD
(Wings 139 for example.)

Anyways, can't wait to see more, Molly. Keep up the good work. ^^
Now what might this be?

The hands are really nice. You have a sort of flow to them. Type of thing I never worked out.

Practice from your own hands. It's a big help.

@Seven Rain: thanks. :) you can always try and just sketch them while making your friends hold their hands up in whatever pose you need.

Spoiler! :
them: "how much longer?!"
me: "juuuuust a second...crap, where's my eraser?!"
them: *facepalm*

@mosama: thanks a bunch. :) i'm glad the hair looks good
@ agram: thank you. a "flow..." i've never thought much about that. cool. ^^

Catch them when they're watching TV or something. They sit still for a REALLY long time. Same if someone falls asleep in class or something.

I like your style, specially the full bodies. I'm so in love with the character timeline evolution <3

thanks guys. i mainly look at other drawn hands to see lines, unless my friends are readily available to look like goofs. XD as for bodies, thank you very much. i've been trying on those for so long. XD and thanks on the timeline. i kept doodling it, so i figured i should put it all on one page. XD haha

more stuff! lol well, one stuff. XD

Spoiler! :
Image this is actually part of a panel from one of my comics (but isn't uploaded yet), but it took so long on that shading. i was playing with the smudge tool and kind of instantly loved this effect on her. XD

I can't tell whether we're seeing her front or back. I'm guessing back.

If it's the front, then the hair should probably be behind the shoulder and the right shoulder should be less prominent, and the left hand needs to be redrawn with the thumb facing the other way..

If it's the back, then the left foot needs to be drawn so that it looks more like the back of a foot, maybe rotated a bit, the other foot needs to be positioned more naturally. The right hand needs to be redrawn with a reference.

In both cases I think the head should be turned a bit in the appropriate direction to define it a bit better.

it's the back......i honestly don't get how you can't tell.

true, the foot is wonky because feet are just evil parts of nature, but she's looking to the left. her body is turned more along the lines of a 3/4 rather than completely at her back, along with her leg because she's holding something heavy (you just can't see it here. that part isn't colored yet haha XD). the foot's probably the confusing part, since, like i said, feet are evil. XD lol

the stance itself is a modified dance stance, from ballet (don't ask me what it's called, but my niece has done it for her class). the right foot is meant to be in that position.

i'm not completely defending myself here because i know i'm not the greatest artist in the world, but what do you mean "to define it?" the right hand had a reference, btw. i don't see what's wrong with that in particular. i mean, i'm not ridiculing your critique, but what do you mean?

done for halloween. all spiffy in a sundress and holding a bloody knife. that was actually my haircut for a while. ick. lol this is another character of mine. she's blind with a rather nasty scar, hence the bandana thingy....

also, the scanner decided not to pick up some lines, specifically on the middle area (around the knife, just below), on one leg, and on the head. so i had to use my *ahem* skills *coughihavenonecough* on the tablet to fix it.
