I am an on-again/off-again sprite author. I have both a plot comic, Spriters Light, and a random one, Some Place of Mind. I usually have a lot of things in my mind but I take them slow since I lose attention at times. So when I say irregular updates, I mean it.

The comic is so much more dynamic and wacky than other sprite comics, and I love it. Although I think the one pixel eyes aren't good.

I like this joke because I've actually seen this happen some times. Patlabor changed uniforms wholesale between seasons without the slightest explanation.
