Well that explains the whole blue thing, it makes sense too.
By the way, I like how the color scheme sort of fades from warm to neutral to cool :)

FUN FACT: The Global Board of Education is a commitee of representives from the regional
board of educations of each country which was formed after the introduction of the Global
Exchange Program which allows a country to send its citizens to be educated into another
country as a part of the Treaty of Knowledge (which approved educational intercourse
between all countries regardless of the war). This commitee has a right (determined by
foreign affair laws) to send talent scouts into an area of their choice to test a child
citizen's eligibility for the Foreign Exchange Program. Of course, due to parent's rights
and Child Protection Services, the parent also has a right to dismass the said talent
scout and/or decide whether he/she wishes their child to be sent overseas/over a border.

LOVE the "rumble" sound effect. It compliments both the fight and ominous
sunlight quite well :)
And yeah, a checkup on Eric and Randy would be interesting. Just to see some witty banter ya know? xD
