My friend Russell's version (which he posted as a comment to the first), wasn't bad, and
had a nice punch-line, but I think mine has better rhyme and scansion, particularly when
it comes to tracking the original.

"Azarath, Metrion, Zinthos" are Raven's magic words and the mantra she uses for meditation. Azarath is Raven's home dimension. If the meaning of Metrion and Zinthos have ever been revealed, I didn't see the episode and can't find anything with a quick Googling.
