The new page is here, after some time. :)

Albus is a little brat, isn't he? XD. I think he would have to be a second year here. :). I really don't feel like drawing the Sorting Ceremony- you'll just have to see what house he's put in. XD. Oh.. and before you write Albus off as being OOC.. I really don't think so. Think of how Harry was to Snape. ^^;. Unfortunately, Albus has inherited his father's occasional disregard of the rules.. and has also gained a Snape of his own. But unlike Snape, Iruel doesn't HAVE to tolerate Albus. Which shall prove.. interesting.
I really wish Iruel's comment at the top could have been longer, but I ran out of room in the bubble- and aside from that, what was said works, anyway. :).

This page is actually fairly new- for once. XD. I fixed some of the lineart while I was away on vacation at the beginning of August- in particular, Iruel's profile view is new, and Albus's face on the top panel. I don't recall really redoing Iruel or anyone else on the other panels, though, so they're old. >_<;.
Anyway.. my CGing has seen better days- the last page's backgrounds looked better, IMO. I really can't wait until I'm out of the Hogwarts Express scenes- they're just so BORING to draw. The next page takes place in the train again, as will the page after that(the books LOVE staying in the train. It's annoying. :(. ), but hopefully within the next three to four pages, I'll be rid of it for good, and will be able to draw the fun things- like Hogwarts castle, the Forbidden Forest, and classrooms. Although then I'm sure I'll tire of brick. But at least I'll get to draw complex backgrounds. :D.

Anyway.. the next page is nearly done(well.. penciled), and I will try to start CGing it next Friday, and then will AIM to have it done by the week of October 16th- though I can't promise anything, as I'm going to be swamped with essays then. :(. I will do my best to have it done by then, though. :). Hopefully, I'll see you then. :D

After seemingly forever, I've added a new page. :). This took me forever- unfortunately, it wasn't the art, either, but the CGing. The inside of the Hogwarts Express is a PAIN to draw. >_<;. It took me forever to figure out that the purple and green splotches on the wall were actually the wall, and that the train isn't just wooden on the inside. (Thank you, Mugglenet. XD)
And making that door half a million times was annoying, too. :(. And oddly, the doors in the train are transparent, and slide. Which is weird- to me, anyway. For all I know, it's normal in England. And must be to some people- it is a real train, after all. Just shows how different trains are in the states versus in England, I guess. ^^;;.

Anyway, art wise...
This is old, so I'm not fond of anything in particular- except how I colored Rose. XD. I like how her hair came out- but nothing else. Human wise, anyway. I really am fond of the backgrounds, though. :). They came out really well- IMO, my hard work really did pay off.

Hopefully, the next page will look better than this one, art wise. The sketch may be old, but fortunately it's still in pencil so I can redo it. :).

Anyway, I hope you like it. :).

After about nearly a year, this is finally finished. :). It would have been done MUCH sooner if I hadn't had those hand problems the last 6 months. >_<;.
This pic is way over a year old now- but I wasn't about to drop a CG when it was over 80% complete. ^^;. So this is the chapter page anyway. Since then, I've redesign Iruel slightly, and have improved vastly. :). CG wise, maybe not- I'm 6 months out of practice, after all. But art wise, yes. Dementedly.
Anyway.. I do like how this came out. :). Aside from the art work being ancient, that is. ^^;
Also, sorry for the lame chapter title. ^^;. I was basing my chapter title off of something that would come out of the Harry Potter books, and noticed that chapters that have to do with getting to Hogwarts tend to have lame names compared to others in the book. I was going to just call it 'Professor Iruel', but found that it would be awkward- Iruel is the main character. Usually, titles like that are reserved for when a student meets a new professor. So I decided to stick with this title. :). Another title that went through my mind is a direct reference of another- but I didn't want any spoilers to come up, so I just left it be. :).(I'll tell you what it was later) Hope you like this!

After two months, I finished a new page. Things haven't really started moving yet(it's still in the introduction state), but things will move along soon enough. There's a couple more character pages before the school part starts. :).
Anyway..
art wise, I'm not particularly fond of this page. It's OK, but not particularly good. The next page will be better, hopefully.
Anyway, hope you enjoy the page!

I'm not particularly fond of the art for this page, but that's to be expected- I think the page is two years old now. (I'm not THAT lazy- I didn't draw this two years ago, and take this long to get here. I originally tried to redraw the old pages, and rewrite them, while updating new pages at once. It was a train wreck, and what caused me to just start over.)
Anyway.. this page's format's experimental. I tried scanning it in at 300 DPI, in greyscale. Before, it was 200 DPI, and in black and white text. I am VERY satisfied with this new method- but it takes an eternity to clean up. I think I know how to lessen the time, though. :D. So, the next page shouldn't take an eternity to finish, like this one.
Anyway, like the news says, check back in two weeks for the next page. :D
