Yeah, if I recall, I put "hello" through an English-Japanese translator and
copied what I got. This was back before I could read hiragana. Had I made this comic
nowadays, it would probably read correctly.

Sorry if the comic ain't so good this week. With a test in heat transfer yesterday and
another test on Tuesday, I was lucky to find time this week to make this comic.

If you don't get the joke in this week's comic, look up the 1963 film "The
Birds," which was directed by Alfred Hitchcock.
And I'm experimenting with trimming excess black-box material with oblique lines that better fit the contours of the comic than just straight-line cuts. Let me know if this looks better.

Sorry if this comic isn't so good. I've been busy studying for exams all week, not to
mention doing research for term papers in two classes. I finished this comic mere minutes
before the Friday-at-midnight deadline.
